Beginning January 10th, I will be running a weekly virtual Winter Tai Chi/Qigong Class: “Strengthen Your Winter Qi.” We will meet on zoom each Tuesday evening for 12 weeks to practice, from 7:30 – 8:30 PM EST.

As part of the program I will also provide seasonal-based recipes to support your body through winter, as well as meditations.
