Pics and a Run Down: Book Release Party for The Bitch’s Bridal Bible!

This past Friday was the book release party for my first book, “The Bitch’s Bridal Bible.” We had a great turnout!!!! Thank you so much to all of the friends, family, and readers of this blog for all of your messages, encouragement and support, and for coming out. It was great and I could not have given the book a better kickoff party. I sold about 50 copies total and several people purchased them as gifts for themselves or someone they knew who is planning a wedding. You can purchase your copy on Amazon, here.

The great thing about the book, though, is that it is not just limited to those girls who are engaged – girls who have been there and done that are sure to find pure entertainment in the book and can reap the benefits of all the advice collected about surviving those first few years of marriage and beyond. Interviews were given to me by people who have been married for 40 years, people who divorced after 6 months, all types – even a runaway groom. I even interviewed several therapists who weigh in and give their input and advice. So grab your copy because, seriously, are you going to turn down free therapy?! And for girls who are not yet engaged? This book is perfect!! You will be 100% ahead of the game when you arm yourself with a copy (or, as I say in the book, “vaccinate” yourself ;))

So, without further ado, enjoy the pics and captions!!!

Our cake was compliments of “Bake Me a Cake” in Huntersville, and it was DE-licious!! Go see Crystal for your cake needs because she will hook you up! The little paper bride and grooms were from one of my sponsors, FoldableMe – you can customize your own little foldable person or people right on their website. Use the promo code “PUNKWIFE” for $2 off of yours. And lastly, another one of my sponsors came out to show their support – the girls from “It’s More than Wraps.” The event was held at BlackFinn in Uptown Charlotte.
