Each Wednesday evening for 6 weeks beginning Wednesday, October 4th – Wednesday, November 8th, at 7:30 PM EST, you will receive a recorded session via email with a short lesson and practice.
As part of the program I will also provide seasonal-based recipes to support your body through the season of fall, as well as meditations.
